EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - HIRING
Primetime is a global platform for all the women working above and below the line behind the camera. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with great written communication skills to join our team who are working to make the Entertainment Industry more representative.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing community who will change the face of the Entertainment Industry as we know it. We particularly encourage applications from neurodivergent and underrepresented candidates with a passion for Film & TV.
Perks of the role include invitations to exclusive screenings, a discount package worth £1k+ from brands such as Gymbox, Apple, DAME and many more, alongside an annual subscription to MasterClass.
The day-to-day tasks we need help with include:
a) Working alongside our CEO, Victoria Emslie, to shape and embed Primetime’s brand guidelines.
b) Coordination of the vetting process.
c) Administrative support for the business and for members.
d) Act as a point of contact for members, outreach work and Victoria.
One main role is to coordinate Primetime’s vetting network which can be challenging and complex and it forms a large area of responsibility. Experience within or perhaps a deep interest in the Film & TV Industry/ higher education courses in addition to knowledge of IMDb Pro would be advantageous and/ or someone who is rigorous and thorough with research & time management.
In addition, someone with a keen eye for detail and a quick researcher will thrive and there will be lots of opportunities to bring your own ideas to the table and integrate into the workflow. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, quick to make connections and is a self-sufficient worker with a strong work ethic.
Although the role would suit someone happy to work independently, there is an opportunity to work with Victoria who will be able to provide support in setting personal goals, understanding the nuances of the industry we work in as well as career mentoring.
Being able or at least interested in working independently is key for this role. The work involved requires focus and can often be detailed so a commitment to accuracy is vital. Solid experience with producing high quality work in a timely manner at school, college or at university would be essential.
The role would suit:
a) Someone who is a creative and independent thinker.
b) Someone who is very familiar with the film and television industry and has a deep interest in the Industry.
c) Someone who likes creative and media subjects at school or in their further education.
d) Is proficient with Gmail and other programmes such as Spreadsheets & Google Docs and is highly organised.

COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT - HIRING

We are looking for a fast-paced, good communicator with a finger on the pulse of what is happening in the Film and TV Industry. You will be the outward voice of Primetime, the global visibility platform for all the women working above and below the line behind the camera, so we are looking for someone who is able to build a community and following whilst setting the tone of the business, which is inclusivity and respect. We particularly encourage applications from neurodivergent and underrepresented candidates with a passion for Film & TV.
We will be creating a more interactive community by embedding Circle onto the platform so looking for someone tech savvy to pick it up quickly and take initiative to go above and beyond to support our members connect and book work.

The day-to-day tasks we need help with include:
a) Working alongside our CEO, Victoria Emslie, to drive community engagement across our social media channels.
b) Work out social media strategy and key annual moments/ stories to break.
c) Search and post jobs on Circle in addition to giving members ongoing support with their accounts and how to engage with the platform.
d) Work with our Executive Assistant to act as a point of contact for members and Victoria.
The core of this role is to coordinate Primetime’s social media strategy which would suit someone who can navigate the online world with ease, respect for others and with a background in growing audiences. Experience within or perhaps a deep interest in the Film & TV Industry would be advantageous.
