    The “tee-girls” fulfil their duties stoically, squatting in the dust as they sort golf balls. They fish them out of the water-lily-covered ponds and place them for the golfers as they swing their clubs narrowly past the girls’ faces. Their boss surveys the scene sternly, watching everything and everyone. Isabel still has to learn the ropes but is already looking for shortcuts. The golf course as a self-contained cosmos that reflects social conditions.

    Arabella has her eye on Fred which means it's not easy. So when she (and Fred) attend the Tall Man's party, she is self conscious. Afterwards, to make herself feel better, she invites Eve round for her version of a party. And of course it's easy around Eve. So with a wave of self assuredness, she invites Fred round. But again she is self-conscious around him. So Arabella strategizes. Arabella who wants to be mad. Where madness isn't loony or kooky, it's the freedom to be.

    Winter. Monterosso, Cinque Terre. Vittorio, strict and unaffectionate lawyer, starts a treasure hunt with his son Leo to reconcile with him. The treasure map, that Vittorio drew when he was a kid, brings him in the place where he spent his childhood summers. There, he meets Dino, his irresponsible, a bit eccentric, older brother, who immediately connects with Leo. Vittorio will be pushed to compare himself with his memories in order to find his child side and adjust his delicate relationships.
