All talent/crew safely evacuated. Equipment had to be left behind until the area reopened 3 weeks later.! Navigated insurance claims, rescheduling talent and crew, and production resumed 3 months later. Story - A young thief cases an architectural dream house in Malibu, not realizing it is the home of an eccentric female serial killer.
