Travelling the length and breadth of the UK John talks to the farmers producing some very unique ingredients, from fishing for the best lobsters off the coast of Wales, snuffling for truffles in the forests of Sussex to understanding how caviar is farmed in Leeds. John then takes these ingredients and cooks up a storm in his kitchen. Part travel and discovery film, part cooking show this series was originally a branded partnership campaign that was then broadcast on UKTV.
