YOU AND ME BOTH is a feature drama about two Korean American sisters, one a recovering heroin addict, who after the death of their adoptive mother, take a road trip across America's Heartland to meet their Korean birth mother. Along the way, they must navigate feelings of grief, regret, doubt, and fear in order to find their way back to one another. YOU AND ME BOTH was selected for Tribeca Film Institute’s All Access, both the Film Independent Producing Lab and Fast Track programs, and was a finalist for AT&T’s Untold Stories. Most recently, Jennifer was chosen to participate in Tribeca Film Institute and CHANEL’s Through Her Lens program where she was mentored by Kathryn Bigelow, Christine Vachon, Marti Noxon, and Rachel Morrison, among others. The film is 50% financed on a $1M budget and aiming to shoot in NY in June 2020
