Administrative duties, such as preparing reports, formatting/routing scripts, arranging for pre-production meetings and edit reviews, processing of vendor invoices, and reconciling jobs for final invoicing. Manage production budgets and timelines. Manage multiple project timelines and budgets simultaneously. Able to edit string-outs.

Schedules the most qualified talent for auditions for roles in the production. Watches all rounds of the auditions. Stays within the talent budget on every project. Manage a team of 15 daily, Buildout, Rundowns, Guests, Graphics, Elements, VO, SOTs and write up using Radio clock as well as TV clock to time out. Maintains editorial control through review of scripts, graphics and video for newscasts . Collaborate with the Digital Media Team to expand the video, photo and content library on the station Websites and Social Media channels. Leverage partnerships with bands, and brand advocates to maximize exposure for unique content when appropriate. Booking all show guests, coordinating all show guests appearance details including day and time of interview. Skype tests and remote (DC and NY) requests. Entering all show guest information into iNews after confirming correct information with the guest or their PR rep’s Name, Name Banner, Twitter, Phone Banner, Book Covers, etc. Managing a day-to-day calendar that’s sent out to the team at the end of each day of who is coming on the show and when calendar should include guest name, topic and how they will be appearing on the show (Skype, remote, in studio or phone). Pitching at least 3 relevant show ideas with potential guests per day. Researching future experts for recurring topics like Former Navy SEALS, Republican, Democratic Analysts and National Security, etc. Promptly provide guest ideas for specific topics when they need to be covered on the show in a timely manner. Pulling show clips and coordinating uploads to social media when requested.
